This recipe is for breastfeeding mamas who want to maintain or increase their milk supply. It is also a great low-sugar & high fiber cookie recipe you can enjoy with your kids for a dessert or afternoon snack. Lactation Cookies can be expensive, but it is so easy and cost effective to make them on your own! These delicious treats are also Gluten-Free, Vegan & Peanut-Free.

These cookies contain a few common galactagogues which are foods that can help increase your milk supply and support healthy hormones for mamas. This recipe includes the most common galactagogues which is OATS! The other foods I have included to support milk production are ground flaxseeds, sunflower butter (or almond butter) and ground ginger.
