Dates are also packed with nutrients like fiber and antioxidants. These brownies are Gluten-free & Vegan and sweetened naturally with dates. The only sugar is in the chocolate chips !
Ingredients:
-1 cup GF flour (I use Bob’s Red Mill 1 to 1 flour)
-1/4 cup cocoa
-1/4 tsp baking soda
-1 tsp baking powder
-1/4 tsp cinnamon
-1/4 cup plant based melted butter
-1 cup unsweetened almond milk
-1 tsp vanilla
-3/4 cup chopped dates (12-14 dates)
Mix ingredients as listed, pour batter into greased glass dish. Sprinkle 1/4-1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Makes 12 brownies.
